Wind down after a busy day with this rejuvenating vinyasa 'flow n' chill' session. Similar to 'yin yang' yoga, we move from a vinyasa flow towards more of a restorative yin practice. In these classes we focus on gaining flexibility and mobility in the joints. As always I aim to educate on alignment and anatomy of the postures to maximise benefits of the practice and prevent injury. All levels welcome!
